Nyack, NY - Rockland Rowing, a charitable rowing organization serving Rockland, Bergen, and Westchester Counties, has an opportunity through the generosity of Crestron Electronics to earn up to $30,000 for much needed rowing equipment to support a growing youth rowing team and to provide need-based grants to those who may be unable to cover the cost of programs.
For the second year in a row, Crestron Electonrics will match any gifts that the public makes to Rockland Rowing dollar for dollar up to $15,000 total as part of Rockland's 11th annual Pull-with-Purpose Row-a-thon thus making these charitable, tax-deductible donations TWICE AS NICE. Ivan Rudolph-Shabinksy, RRA board president said "We're thrilled with Crestron's support. They are making a huge difference to our ability to meet our mission of improving lives through rowing. Our hope is that when you see the good work RRA is doing, it will provide inspiration for everyone to make a gift because they know their dollars will go twice as far."
Gifts may be made by mail at Rockland Rowing, P.O. Box 7, Nyack, NY 10960 (or online) and they will automatically be matched.
