Adaptive Team Outings
Join a welcoming community for weekly rowing adventures on Rockland Lake. Our adaptive teams offer safe, supportive, and fun experiences for everyone. For those who can sit unsupported, our 8-seat rowing barge is the perfect place to start. Volunteers who assist during sessions receive free learn-to-row coaching as a thank you.
Private Lessons
Benefit from one-on-one coaching tailored to your needs. Our adaptive program provides private lessons at no cost for wheelchair athletes and others seeking individualized instruction. With support from our volunteers and coaching staff, you’ll build skills and confidence in a positive environment.
