The masters team is open to those with or without racing experience who are serious about training or who just want to row for fun. Masters rowers must be self-sufficient in a single or have an existing rower or coach agree to train them. Masters rowers must understand and accept that our youth programs receive priority for equipment and water time, but masters are generally able to row at any time - particularly if they have their own equipment. Monthly dues cover all four seasons with occasional coaching. Not included: USRowing membership, regatta entry fees, team gear, and travel/accommodations.

Anyone signing up for this program warrants that they are able to swim and tread water for 10 minutes fully clothed. If you are not sure, we can provide a swim test. You must watch the safety video provided and sign a waiver every year prior to participating.

New rowers should contact us at info@rocklandrowing.org to arrange for on-boarding and orientation.

Organized practices:
Monday - Friday: 5:30-7:00AM
