Rockland’s Compliance Forms

  • Waiver for Liability and Insurance: Required for all adult rowers. Competitive rowers must also complete the USRowing waiver.

  • Certificate of Competence for Swimming: Required for all participants.

USRowing Membership and Waiver

Who needs a USRowing membership?

  • Not required for:

    • Intro-to-Row participants

    • Learn-to-Row participants

    • Adult Recreational rowers

  • USRowing Basic membership required ($9.75 admin fee):

    • Youth Development team rowers

    • Adaptive team rowers

    • U19 Competitive team rowers

  • USRowing Championship membership required:

    • $65 for ages 27 and over (required for Adult Competitive team rowers competing at regattas)

Location

Practices are held at Rockland Lake State Park—South Complex, Rowing Center (access from lot #4).
A daily park entrance fee may apply for those without an Empire Pass.


RRA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and donations are fully tax deductible to the extent of the law.  We will be happy to provide receipts for donations. Thank you for your support!

How to Register

  • Register and pay for your chosen program

  • Apply for financial aid (if applicable)

  • Complete all compliance forms

  • Obtain USRowing membership (if required for your program)

  • Review safety and park entrance information below
