SPRING YOUTH PROGRAMS

Northeast Youth Championships Race Fees
$85.00

This payment covers the race entry fees for the Northeast Youth Championships, the qualifying regatta for Youth Nationals.

Spring Season (monthly pay option) - March 2 - May 30
$320.00 every month for 3 months

This is the monthly pay option - we will charge $320 per month for a total of $960 after three months.

Practices at Rockland Lake, Swimming test will be required and scheduled. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts. Practices are from Mon-Fri @ 3:30pm to 6:00pm, and Saturdays @ 7 to 9am.

Please note that racing fees will be charged separately for those wishing to participate in regattas. Those qualifying for, and competing at USRowing Nationals will participate in a separate 2-week training session in early June which will cost $200 plus cost of trip and race fees (tbd).

Youth Race Fees - Spring 2026
$290.00

To purchase a race fee package, you must be enrolled on the youth team. Race fees cost the program a significant amount and we are now charging a separate racing fee for those rowers who wish to race. In addition to this, those rowers racing are required to purchase a Rockland Rowing uniform. Food and drinks at races are provided by the parent group.

This spring we will be trying something new and renting a bus for the team, as well as securing all hotel rooms for rowers (multiple rowers to a room), for the USRowing Northeast Championships in Mercer. This is the reason for the large increase in race fees for this spring. We will collect feedback on this after the season to determine if we should do this more often.

Please note these fees do not include any fees incurred for USRowing Youth Nationals which are charged separately.
