All Rockland Rowing coaches are experienced rowers with years of coaching experience. Our coaching motto - is “one team” - meaning that all rowers from beginners in our learn-to-row programs to our nationally competitive youth team are coached by the entire staff. Everyone is coached to develop the same stroke mechanics and to excel to the limit of their abilities. We provide our coaches regular training in first aid and general safety and offer continued coaching education opportunities to keep them growing as premier instructors in the sport of rowing.

She was twice chosen for All-America second-team honors by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association, and was selected to the Academic All Ivy League team. She has won several gold medals at Club Nationals, rowing for both the RRA’s and Vesper’s U23 teams.
