This will be a coached program. There is flexibility with schedule please inquire. Majority of practices are held every weekday morning at 6:00am-8am. On Saturdays, U23 can row with the youth team at 7:30am or at normal time 6am. Please inquire for more information.

If you decide to race, we will charge extra for race fees. Rockland will be participating in Independence Day Regatta and Overpeck Summer sprints. Take a look at the race schedules in RegattaCentral and let us know if you are interested in participating in any of these or others. Please inquire for more information.
