Four weekends on the water at Rockland Lake, September 19 through October 11. Saturdays 9:00 to 11:00 AM and Sundays 8:00 to 10:00 AM, eight sessions in all.

No experience needed and nothing to buy. We supply the boats, oars, and everything else. You bring close fitting athletic clothes, and a water bottle.

Coached in a small group alongside our Novice Masters, with a coach for each group.
