Everyone belongs on the water.
Join our adaptive rowing team.

Rockland Rowing Association proudly offers adaptive rowing programs for individuals with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities—serving the northern suburbs of New York City, including  Bergen, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties since 2015. From May through October, rowers experience the thrill of teamwork, community, and the freedom of being out on Rockland Lake—all at no cost to participants.

Our program is supported by Helen Hayes Rehabilitation Hospital and partners with leading organizations such as US Rowing’s United We Row, Rockland County’s Youth and Disabilities Bureaus, VISIONS Center on Blindness, Living Resources, Venture Together NY, and Burke Rehabilitation Hospital.
