Start your rowing journey with our introductory Learn to Row class—ideal for beginners and those looking to refresh their skills. No prior athletic experience is required! This program covers rowing basics, terminology, and technique in a fun, supportive group setting. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or simply new to sculling (two-oared rowing), you’ll leave ready to join our Recreational or Competitive programs.

Competitive Team

Push your limits and race with the best. Our Competitive Team is for adults seeking high-level training and the excitement of racing—from local regattas to national and international events. Whether you’re new to competition or a seasoned racer, you’ll find a supportive environment and a team that celebrates every achievement. Ready to race?

Recreational Rowing

Row for fitness, friendship, and pure enjoyment in one of Rockland’s most scenic locations. Our Recreational program is perfect for those who want to keep improving their technique while soaking in the beauty of the river.

  • Adult Novice: Receive coaching at every practice as you build confidence and skill

  • Recreational: For experienced rowers who prefer self-directed sessions, with occasional coaching support.


Private lessons

Accelerate your progress with personalized instruction. Certified coaches will help you achieve your goals, whether you’re a beginner or fine-tuning advanced skills. Individual lessons: $100 per hour.

Semi-private and group instructions

Team up with friends or make new connections while improving technique and teamwork. Coaches focus on boat dynamics, helping you and your crew row in perfect harmony..

Bring a guest

Experienced rowers are welcome to join for a day on the water.. Daily pass: $20 per rower per day.
