We’ll focus on building strength, improving endurance, and refining rowing technique while continuing to grow as a team and prepare for spring racing.

Competitive Team:

Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM - 5PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10AM

Novice Team:

Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM - 6:15PM

No Practice on Saturday.

There will be no practice November 23–28 during Thanksgiving Break
