Monday - Friday, 1pm-3pm, 12 rowers max per week - $250 per week

Separate weekly learn to row programs are available. Each week is $250. You will have to buy this program for each week your rower will be participating. Select a week below and add it to the cart - you can add multiple weeks to the same cart before checking out.

Swimming test will be required and scheduled. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts. No racing fee is required for this program one time payment.
