Practices at Rockland Lake, Swimming test will be required and scheduled. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts. Practices will switch to Mon-Fri @ 7 to 9am, and Saturdays @ 7 to 9am once

Please note that racing fees will be charged separately for those wishing to participate in regattas.
